Confidentiality

Your consultations with our counselors are private and confidential.

The counselors may from time to time make notes about your consultations, in the usual course of providing services to you. 

The only time we ask the counselor to divulge any of that information, is in the case of a caller who later denies they made the calls in an attempt to reverse the charges. This is considered Theft of Services. If a caller disputes the charges, any such confidential inforrmation can and will be disclosed in order to prove the identity of the caller to the merchant bank.

Personal Information

In order to process payments and connect your calls, we ask you to provide personal information including your credit card number, billing address, and phone number.

We do not share your personal information with any other entity other than the merchant account that processes the charges.
